Do I need a credit card to book?

A small deposit is taken when you book to secure your vehicle and dates. You can pay the deposit by card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer. The balance is paid on pickup by cash or card. Family-run since 2000 — we confirm every booking personally.

What if my ferry or flight is delayed?

We wait for you, at no extra cost. We monitor schedules in real time. Whatever happens, your vehicle will be there when you arrive.

Do I need a 4WD to get to Vatses or Vathy?

Yes. The roads to Vatses and Vathy are unpaved and quite rough, especially in summer. We recommend the Suzuki Jimny or Dacia Duster — a regular car won't make it.

What licence do I need for an ATV or scooter?

For scooters up to 125cc you need a car driving licence (category B) or an A1 motorcycle licence. For 150cc+ scooters and ATVs you need an A1 or A2 motorcycle licence. We'll confirm requirements when you book.

Is delivery to the airport or port really free?

Yes, completely free. We deliver to Astypalaia Airport (JTY) and Skala Port at no extra charge. We can also deliver to your hotel — just let us know when booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — flexible cancellation terms apply. Cancel with a simple message on WhatsApp or by phone. Deposit refund policy depends on timing — we handle each case fairly, as we've done since 2000.

Is insurance included in the price?

Yes, basic third-party insurance is included in all our prices. Additional coverage options (CDW) are available — ask us when booking and we'll explain everything clearly without jargon.

Are there any hidden fees or mileage limits?

None. The price you see is the price you pay — unlimited kilometres, insurance included, transparent pricing. Drive the whole island as much as you want.
